This website is operated by Sama Caribbean LLC, trading as SAMA Caribbean. These Terms govern your use of samacaribbean.com and purchases made through our store.

Please read these Terms together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Using Our Store

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a contract or act with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized access, or distributing malicious software.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Small-batch products may have minor differences in color, texture, or naturally occurring scent.

These variations do not excuse defective, unsafe, mislabeled, or incorrectly supplied products. Contact us if you have concerns about an item you receive.

3. Product Use and Skin Sensitivity

Our body-care products are cosmetics intended for external use as directed. They are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Read the ingredient list, directions, and warnings for each product before use. Descriptions such as “natural,” “fragrance-free,” or “for sensitive skin” do not guarantee that a product is suitable for every person or free from allergens.

Test a small area before wider use. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children and follow any product-specific precautions.

4. Storage and Warm Weather

Store products according to their labels, away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Body butters and balms may soften or change texture in warm conditions.

A change in texture alone does not establish that a product is safe or unaffected. Do not use a product with a compromised seal, unusual odor, or another concerning change. Contact us for assistance with quality concerns or transit damage.

5. Prices, Payments, and Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Product availability and prices may change for future purchases.

If a genuine pricing or product-information error affects an existing order, we will contact you to arrange a resolution or cancel and refund the affected items. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

6. Orders and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

We may decline or cancel an order when products are unavailable or when we reasonably identify fraud, unauthorized payment, or another legitimate fulfillment issue. Payments collected for canceled items will be refunded as applicable.

If shipment is delayed beyond the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide notice and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped merchandise and associated charges as applicable.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 business days after delivery, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.

That voluntary return deadline does not limit applicable rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products. Please consult the full policy for instructions and exceptions.

8. Intellectual Property

Our original website content, branding, photographs, and designs belong to Sama Caribbean LLC or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping and retain copies of your order records.

These Terms do not grant permission to relabel our products, market them under another brand, or use our branding commercially. Any private-label arrangement requires a separate written agreement. Rights otherwise permitted by law remain unaffected.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Shopify powers our online store. Payment providers, shipping carriers, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or practices. Our use of third-party services does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

10. Consumer Rights and Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable rights relating to defective products, personal injury, fraud, and consumer protection.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Any interruption does not remove our obligations relating to orders already placed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law and applicable federal law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. The terms and policies in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase, unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
